I’m unable to post the supporting links I want to back this statement up, but yoga competition has been in India for over 2000 years now, and is a rich part of it’s history. Here’s another quote.

yogis practiced yoga as a way of life, they used to live a well secluded life of a hermit.yoga was way of spiritual attainment for them.but everybody cant do that, can we?? we ve got to live our life, so to bring a little bit of sanity and balance(and for good health of course) ppl will practice yoga, i guess this is the main purpose (other than watching a **** yoga instructor in full flow) to practice yoga nowadays..

This is so beautifull it made me cry when i saw it for the first time…
Its a shame that it is so hard for a lot of people to see an ability in someone else and being able to enjoy it…its called jealousy or envy…
