well scince ur a beginner start with this the first day of ur workout-
5 PUSHUPS- body form: back and legs go straight together- touch your nose to the ground for it to count
(every day add 2 more on 5,7,9,11, 13, 15, 17,19 ect.)
Leg Lifts, GROUND STYLE- body form: on your back legs up verticle- lift ur legs straight up and then back down so only your **** goes up ( do 10 every day add 5 10 15, 20, 25 ect.)
ROLL YOUR BACK OUT- tuck your knees in to your stomach and roll it out do it as long as you want
FREE STYLE- dance anyway you want for 10 minutes after your first day workout (easy way to burn calories is to just dance)
I’d suggest you get some dvds to do at home. I started with Yoga Zone– gets you familiar with poses, your breathing, moving with your breath. Once you’ve gotten those basics & are comfortable with them, you can move on to Power Yoga, or even Kundalini (which I personally love– Ravi & Ana are best for Kundalini, but it might be weird to you). Pilates… I use Jennifer Kries’ Method Pilates and love it. Denise Austin has some that might be better for a beginner, though. Push-ups are among the best exercises you can do, even though they pretty much ****.

I would reccommend walking/running about 1-2 miles 3 days a week. Weights 2 days a week. Use very light weights to tone.
good luck!
