I like Celebrity Fit Club Bootcamp Workout. He works you hard but it feels good. If you have trouble keeping up, you just do what you can. If target.com doesn’t have it, I think I got mine on vh1.com

I would suggest the “Firm” DVD’s. They do aerobics with light to heavy weights. The workouts for me are not hard, but take a lot of stamina. When I started I could not finish the entire workout. After about 5 to 6 weeks of following the Firm DVD I can now do the entire program. I have been working out with the Firm for the past year and a half, I have lost weight and gained muscle. There are several DVD’s you can choose from…I suggest starting out with the beginning DVD with Susan Harris on the cover (beginner).
Of course, I exercised 3 days a week (yes I do fall off the wagon, but I force myself and go back to exercising), and I did go on a sensible diet.

I hope this helps…good luck to you.
