    That sounds good. It might work. By doing twenty minutes of vigorous cardio and only taking in 1300 calories, you are really kind of hurting your body. You need to consume at least 1500 if you are going to do cardio that much.

    But you can do it if you stick to it.
    Most people tend to slack at it…

    yeah. I I a thick ***** can loose 22 in (well from 180 to 158) two weeks you can.(South Beach diet) you already look very helathy & lean

    definitly! In the first week because you lose so much water weight you can lose about 4lbs in weeks one, then 1 or 2 in week two. SO sounds to me like you’ll acheive it! goodluck
