He is excellent, and I was surprised how sharp/funny he was, I just expected some over-nice kinda dazed hippy type but he was hilarious. David Williams is the same – lovely guy, and really funny. Great stories, both of them.
Any advanced Hatha yoga is going to look alot like and as athletic as some gymnastics. Make no mistake, his breathing ‘pranayama’ is ALWAYS flowing, mind is connected at all times with his body, and his intent is all yoga! This is a wonderful display of asana mastery!
