carmen electra&#039;s fit to strip is great for beginners and requires no equipment.
the hollywood trainer with jeannette jenkins is also great and has modifications--but it requires dumbells and possibly a leg weight.
bellydance slim down is a great cardio workout--not very hard and no equipment.  

Each of these are what i used when begining to workout and i have traveled with the bellydance and fit to strip.  All are about 30 min or less.</description>
