Fantastic Michael. You just look like me, we are like twine brothers. See my Hatha Yoga, and music videos. Great 10 stars xxxxxxxxxx Your friend Ferdinando Barros
Oh my gosh…I can’t believe I found this video. It is perfect for me. I know you don’t make money for this but you have done a wonderful service. A million thanks!
This is such a great video. Not too easy. And really good for those of us who spend the day at the computer. I would love to see more full classes. Maybe one for strength?
Anyways. Thanks. I watch this when ever I’m feeling the results of a long day at the computer.
Also, very relaxing, but I didn’t do the pose at 5:37 because you can hurt your neck by tilting your head backward. Just thought people should know, since they’re probably watching this to relieve neck pain, not add to it.
This was my first time doing yoga and it was amazing! I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and I can already feel the difference. How often should this be done? I was thinking about 3 or 4 times a week? THANKS for the lesson!
How can I purchase this video? My connection with this video always freezes. This is not good for a yoga routine and I need to keep up with it to help my neck/back pain!
My neck is so tight I cant even relax the hear to the side for very long. i just have to keep stretching I guess. This is great to do on my break, or while I am working even.

That is why he explains how to do it properly. It is supposed to stretch the front of your neck when performed correctly.

At the beginning, you’re leaning to the right a little. I think your spine should be straight.
