One I have and frequently recommend is Shiva Rea’s “Yoga Shakti”
This dvd has the feature allowing you to “program” your dvd player to play certain practice segments of your choosing. In effect, you can customize your practice sequence.
Rea offers several dvd’s. Another (which I have not seen), is “Flow Yoga for Beginners.”
Yes, you can do yoga without the need for spending huge money..This free yoga e-course will help you to understand the poses with their physiological benefits and the breathing techniques as well:
