    If you’re looking to tone up and you’re a beginner.
    Do circuit training. The Bally’s that I used to go to had a circuit already set up. All you have to do is go down the line and do the machines in the order that they are set up in. I think it was set up so that you exercised for a minute rested for thirty seconds then moved on to the next exercise. Work your way up to three circuits a day, three times a week.

    absolutely! although 30 mins in the gym isnt enough, im 15 now but i’m joining the gym where i live when im 16, try and get 1 hour in at the least and if you can do either yoga or pilates… then go for it! it’l be a good experience for you ^^
