maybe a bit too much, but it’s not like violent exercising like the gym everyday, because i do the gym 4 times a week and it can be tough going some weeks, maybe only do 5 times a week because then your body can rest for a day or so.
i think you should loosen up a bit. doing all this stuff could give you stress and things start to get harder and harder.You are not supposed to abuse yourself (this is advice)
What other interests do you have? It seems as if you have little time left over for anything else.Is musical theatre something you participate in eg. by singing or acting? that would be good. It seems as if you have a lot of things focussing on the body. It would be good if you replace one of the physiacl activities with something related to introspection or developing the mind. What about reading or a book club? Art lessons? Poetry readings? Good luck!
