I would really like to know the music from this beautiful video. I looked up the aritist and other album placed on page 1 but it didnt match. Hope someone can help
Great video and very visually beautiful, but she seems to be missing a few poses like plank and up into upward facing dog. Her movements also dont seem very fluid which is key in sun salutation…
amazing shiva rea… please can anyone tell me how often a week or a day i have to do sun salutation and i’d like to know if it helps to increase height a bit.
a beautiful video, shiva rea seems to be doing an beginner-intermediate level (??) sun salutation. with low cobra.. physically moving the foot forward etc but as always with vinyasa.. gorgeous flow
This is the classical Surya Namaskar C; it is a low cobra. She moves from inchworm into the low cobra, then lifts her hands from the mat to strengthen the lower back muscles.

I am thinking this is Rara Avis, it’s also possible it might be Jai Uttal from the album Drops of Nectar.

Do whatever you have to just don’t call it classical sun salutation. Where was the bhujangasan.
