i know that show! go ahead and try it. there arent exactly levels of yoga. just roll out a mat in front of your tv and go ahead. however, caution: if your a beginner, you might not be as flexible as others. just dont push yourself.
Watching yoga seems boring. Try it and if you do not get it right then take something faster and more energetic like dance,judo, karate or kickboxing. It has great benefits.

get some yoga tapes from ur local exersise equipment store or look online.
