I do this every morning now. it’s given me so much more energy during the day and makes me feel like i’ve done something good for myself. I’ve ripped this video and keep it on my ipod and when ever I go away I just whip it out and tada!!! happyness! I have insomnia, this helps get me sleepy as well. so thankyou XD
i can’t believe that i haven’t thought about that… thanks so much! and i must say, after i did this morning routine, i felt wonderful!!! do you have one (or can you make one) for …
s’cuse me everyone…
“cramps” mine are horrible and put me out of commission, they’re so bad sometimes that even the smell of food makes me ill and with a 20month old son, i CAN’T be laid up on the couch…
ty again for this wonderful morning routine and the foot suggestion!!!
Don’t go saying things like that, don’t say that she is just a skelaton that steals other peoples skin. All it is, is a high metabolism from all the yoga and a small diet. She’s like a bird… a really flexable bird. (* “Bird” reffering to their high energy life and little food, for those of whom didn’t get that)
I get the same thing. My feet drive me crazy in the mornings. What I do is loosen them up by a quick and small massage massage. Add a little lotion or water to make it easier.
wow! i’m guna try this in the morning! thank you so much! i bet that will help! anything for the pads of your feet???? thats what i have the most problem with in the morning, my back and my feet… they touch the floor and it’s almost like watching somebody walk on hot coals.. i have to walk like that for a min or two for my feet to be ok to walk normally on… weird, huh? : /
at 0:02 you can see that this woman obivously died 7 years ago and is now a skeleton that steals other peoples skin and stretches it over her bones to appear human like

Simple is best!!
It’s interesting–your body has a lymphatic system with veins and lymph fluid that clears toxins out of the body. It doesn’t have a pump like the heart does for blood though, so one way to clean out the system, especially the lower body is to invert. this takes the fluid to the central lymph nodes and processes it out of your body through excretion. That’s why…and that’s why yoga is amazing for detox.

Genius. Simple moves, I’ll give it a shot this AM. I don’t understand why inversion detoxifies…I assume being inactive during sleep leads to some stagnation of blood flow in the body. Inverting forces the heart to pump blood up and the extra work replenishes the system? I’ll sleep on it.THX.
