I would choose yoga as it will give you a better physical workout, but with a multitude of beginner adaptions to make it just as easy or just as hard as you progress!! have fun…
In my opinion, Yoga is better. ‘Yog’ in Sanskrit means ‘blessed’. Yoga, the medidation, if regularly and systematically done, streamlines the activities. It is a process like ‘whole body scanner’ and trouble shooter as well. Learning is also relatively easy.
Taichi, with the aid dictionery, I understand it is a Martial arts, almost like boxing. Unless, you really love it and take up as a profession, this may not work.
Hence my vote is for “YOGA”, the real SAGA of LIFE

must start with taichi then go to yoga then you will find it easy..
