repe

In my opinion, Yoga is better. 'Yog' in Sanskrit means 'blessed'. Yoga, the medidation, if regularly and systematically done, streamlines the activities. It is a process like 'whole body scanner' and trouble shooter as well. Learning is also relatively easy.

Taichi, with the aid dictionery, I understand it is a Martial arts, almost like boxing. Unless, you really love it and take up as a profession, this may not work.

Hence my vote is for "YOGA", the real SAGA of LIFE

chespo

I would choose yoga as it will give you a better physical workout, but with a multitude of beginner adaptions to make it just as easy or just as hard as you progress!! have fun...
