Great idea……you’ll love yoga! If you want to start and not have to buy the dvds, you can get free online classes here:
If you want to purchase them from target, a brand called “Gaiam” has dvds and ALL of theirs are really good. They have beginner through advanced. All the teachers they feature are wonderful. Rodney Yee also has good dvds. You will need to get a sticky yoga mat though-and Target sells those too. Have fun!

yoga for inflexible people
its a good place to start. If you can find a way to go to 1 or 2 classes just to learn correct form you’ll be better off
