    thanks for this post….. i’ve been doing a lot of high-impact stuff and my bed kind of ***** and it’s kind of screwing up my back.. i tried this for like 60 seconds and it felt really good :~)

    Ok seriously yes this video is helpful and yes she made be pretty or whatever you guys wanna call it but in all seriousness i’m like not even over 16 and to say some of you all act very ignorant. your sexual comments can be kept to yourselves because 1.She most likely haven’t seen any of you in life and never will and 2. you know better than to be so rude and leave such vulgar comments and if she saw these she probaly wouldn’t talk to you any go get yourselves your own girl and grow up >.>

    I don’t need to have plenty of girls at the same time to be able to watch a video like this without a feeling of arousal, not mentioning being proud of it and showing everyone ‘how hot she seems to me’.

    It’s about preventing lower back health – this is a serious health issue, so I find really miserably any comments not concerning the main subject here. ;)
