Hey--
You can just do as many as you want in 1/2 an hour, but I&#039;d end with a stretch like Pigeon Pose [see the video for that] and make sure to rest on your back for 2-3 minutes afterwards to reset your body into the new alignment as you cool down.

You could get a Yoga for Beginner&#039;s DVD, Rodney Yee has some good strong ones out. Or you could just do this and when your body stops you within a pose, or trying to get into one, hold it, and work there at your edge until you can progress. I will make some more Beginners&#039; flows soon too--stay posted!
