    The poses I recommend for upper body strength are the following (which are on the list)

    Plank Pose
    Downward Facing Dog
    Four Limbed Staff Pose
    Full Boat Pose
    Scale Pose
    Upward Bow Pose
    Upward Facing Dog
    Warrior I and Warrior II
