    Bikram Yoga…i think its the best for flexibility! Only warning is that its in a heated room to about 105 degrees so you might wanna hydrate yourself well before trying it out

    Hatha yoga is very good! It includes great breathing techniques and exercises, which will make you feel more energetic.
