    Winsor pilates or Denise Austin work well. Pilates and yoga are both low impact exercises. But pilates i find helps get you in shape faster. I streamlines the whole body and works the core making you lean. You burn fat but don’t gain bulky muscles. They both work well. Yoga helps reduce stress

    I use the Windsor Pilates and Denise Austin’s Yoga.
    They are wonderful!!!! And very effective. The workouts do not take alot of time either!

    This one is the only pilates DVD you’ll ever need

    It contains modified beginner, beginner, intermediate, advanced and super advanced. Its taught as Joseph Pilates intended. Its no frills, just instruction and example. I’ve tried many and this is by far the best.
