Carbs will help you gain fat, but you don’t really want to gain fat. You want to gain muscle, also being fat will do nothing to make you tall. Try eating a balanced diet, including all 5 food groups. Stay away from sugar and caffiene, no coffee, no soda, drink milk instead. If you’re not lactose intollerant drink milk with every meal.
Number one, there isn’t much you Can do about getting taller, it will happen in it’s own time.
As for gaining weight, try eating more. If that doesn’t work go to GNC and purchase weight gainer power to make shakes out of. It will help.
In the end, just get a lot of exercise. You may be skinny, but you can be toned and cut. Besides, gaining weight may not be the best thing for your overall health.

you want to build some muscle not just fat. eat health foods and exercise, all the sports you mention would be excellent.
