lakerodg

I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill "Fahrenheit"??? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost. The people and Modulators will help you with ANY questions and all that you have. I want to be down to around 115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I will get there. They have a meal plan too to go with it. I feel great..... go to the website and check it all out for yourslelf. People have before and after pics up there too. If you're interested in it, sign up with them (it's free). Let me know if you have anymore questions. I'm on that site too. email me if you have any problems or anything. Good Luck!

jimstew

Dr Bob Greene from the Oprah show used a replacement meal shake (like Slimfast) and it allowed him to drop his weight. Try for like a month and see what happens.

lydia

A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. And finally exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.Good luck. You can also get more information about nutrition from this site:

kake

Can try a fruit cleanse and a coffee drink. They've been working wonders. Esp for a lady who had a caesarian delivery and took it. She could wear her pre-preg jeans again and it gave her energy to work too!

My husband, staff and friends all lost weight from it. Even after eating buffets and roti-prata (an oily, heavy carbo pancake) for 5 nights. No need to diet at all.

Seriously, not one person took it and didn't visibly lose weight and inches. Min. time to see results: 4 days. Max. time to see results: 3 weeks. Cost: SG$45/box, (about US$28) 20 sachets/box.

Ingredients: (all food)

-- Whey protein is a good antioxidant, destroys free radicals and improves our immune system.
-- Red yeast rice can reduce fat and lower cholesterol.
-- Soluble Fibre reduces the risk of constipation and improves our digestive system.
-- Fructose can prevent diabetics and high cholesterol.
-- Grape seed extract: Inhibits potentially harmful enzymes as well as improves blood circulation.
-- Lingzhi : Improves the immune system, prevents heart disease and cancer.
-- Green tea is a good antioxidant agent and it can improve blood circulation.
-- Natto Beans : Helps clear blood clots in the blood vessels

bypow

There's no possibility that you can lose that amount of weight in that amount of time by reducing the amount you eat. Indeed you may not be getting the nutrition you need at that level. A weight loss of about one pound a week is about as fast as you can lose weight and retain your health.

The only answer is to increase the level of exercise and that is not necessarily more time but more intensity. While Yoga is good for you, it isn't a very intensive exercise burning only about 150 calories per hour. Since you need 3500 calories to lose a pound, you would need nearly 24 hours of yoga to lose a single pound.

Power walking, on the other hand, burns about 100 calories per mile. The faster and further you walk, the more calories you burn. Walking 45 minutes a day, six days a week, you should be able to burn about 2000 calories.

lucidomi

i have a free post pregnancy report that you can have by going to

but in a nutshell what you want to do is follow a well designed fitness program that includes the 3 most important factors when it comes to weight loss.

1. Resistance Training

2. Cardio INTERVALS

3. Proper Nutrition

These 3 must work in conjunction for you to see great results.

if you don't feel like guessing and hoping you get it right check out my friend Ryan Lee's site at

it has over 43 fitness websites that are jampacked with real workouts that were designed by real people, not computers.

Check it out at

nanney

Make sure you are getting enough protein or you will loose muscle rather than fat. Drink plenty of water and don't take short cuts. When vacuuming, don't extend your arm, walk with the vac back and forth. When mopping, instead, get on your hands and knees and scrub. When doing laundry, set it on the floor and pick up one piece at a time, bend from your waist. You can add exercise without adding additional time if you do your regular daily routine a little different. Make sure to walk up stairs instead of using an elevator. (Just my opinion, your size seems to be fine. I know thin is in but your height and weight are better than my 24 year old daughter and she hasn't had children. She's 5'2 and is 155 pounds.) Don't beat yourself up.

marlang

Hi sweetie - I'm a new mom in the same situation. Part of your weight gain may be from hormones - my Dr told me that sometimes having a boy will keep mom from losing weight quicker than having a girl. I had never heard that before! And stressing yourself out about not being able to lose the weight is hard not to do, I know. Sounds like you're doing everything right. Are you getting enough sleep? If not, your cortosol levels may rise, making it harder to take the weight off. I tend to snack at night, but my secret weapons are air-popped popcorn sprayed w/ butter flavored pam and veggies w/ low-fat Ranch. Also lots of water. Best of luck - try and concentrate on what you're doing to stay healthy - you'll need energy for that baby, so don't cut calories too much. Moms are awesome and don't get enough credit for the wonderful things that they do - be proud of this new phase of your life and try not to put too much pressure on yourself!
