Good rhythm, nice tonality in vocals, excellent chord selections and voicing and overall, very nice treatment of an obscure tune.
Not to mention you are as cute as that snug bug to which you refer. You have superb delivery, sweet timbre to your voice and you end with a captivating genuine smile.
I don’t usually watch vids more than once but you are pretty compelling so I might just favorite you.
Nothing to be ashamed of here. I’m not a fan of Doris Day’s singing (I am old enough to remember her tv show in the 1960’s), but your version was pretty credible.
That was excellent!!! I’ve always liked Doris Days voice so I will have to check out her version. Is this the first time you’ve used an acoustic on here?
Just get an inexpensive USB mic (Samson makes some nice ones) and use that with iMovie (or even GarageBand and then import the audio into iMovie). It will make a huge difference.
It doesn’t matter, anyhow, because you’re a wonderful musician and performer. Your “not very good” beats most other people’s “couldn’t get any better” by a long shot. Great guitar, and what an adorable old song! Glad to see you again.
M,
Another great job on a great old tune, my friend! Love the guitar, love the arrangment.
Even dig the hair! but most of all..dig the voice of yours that always goes so well with these tunes!! Thanks for posting again! More please!! *****
Not lately, but when I hear the poor sound of these recordings it makes me long to work a mic through a good PA, maybe I should set up on the street or something! One of these days I’ll improve my audio here.

And this is what leaves you unsatisfied! The contrast between the high notes and a very faint husky element is irresistible. Bravo!

You always pick the best songs to sing, and you’re the best singer to sing them. Like Paul said “totally charming!”
