Find a handsome personal trainer than can encourage you to have a helthy exercise. Or probably carry a friend with you going to the gym!!! It helps alot on me!!!
Yeah, I know how you feel. I haven’t been to the gym since March, even then I didn’t go a lot! Just can’t be bothered. I have to watch my weight with the things that I eat….although I probably could eat more if I actually got off my backside and exercised! Just can’t manage it though, your not alone! lol
I follow the Paul Mckenna plan, he has a good dvd on the subject, regarding excercise one don’t really need all the gym equipment, regular walking and taking the stairs instead og elevators, parking your car a few blocks away from work. all this really works, simple yes but effective.
I am a trainer. I have students just like you. Only yourself can help and that’s will power. My advice is start your work-out once a week first, and say do a brisk walk for 5-10 min. In that way, you don’t sweat too much. Just increase the duration and do it more frequently over time. If you rush and are unable to adapt, you will give up, again.
